The generous air-conditioned living room space, fully opened on the outside pool area, featuring a 8 guests sofa, 40” flat screen SMART TV and sound system 5.1 with DVD player, perfect for chillout times after a long day at the beach.

The villa features a modern decoration with carefully selected furniture in shades of white and grey. All complemented by a bright open living room and spacious bedrooms.

The open kitchen and oak wood breakfast bar give a perfect view of the sunrise and sunset over the bay. Fully furnished, it features a 4 burners gas stove, traditional & microwave oven, rice cooker, food mixer and toaster. It can satisfy your inner chef at any meal of the day.

The villa features 3 bedrooms divided into 2 bedrooms with king size bed & 1 bedrooms with twin beds for a total capacity of 6 adult guests. It can host 1 extra adult guest (On extra bed) & 1 toddlers (In cribs). The master bedroom has a full sea view terrace with outdoor furniture.

All rooms with ceiling fan and air conditioning, one safe is present in the villa. Premium bedding and topper with 100% hotel grade cotton bed sheets will give you the most restful nights ever, and the best sceneries every morning and evening with the full sea view.

All the upper level bathrooms are en-suite with rain shower, granite basins all supplied with bath amenities, bath towels and beach towels.

The villa offers a washing machine, and clothes drying area, yet a laundry service is available onsite.

The property is managed entirely by Bay Villas, with housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and concierge on site. Our proprietary wellness center can provide massages in the villa or at the spa, and our café is the perfect spot for any meals of the day & can deliver to your villa.
